I have an idea which is cheapest but you would have to do it yourself! SEO if the best option, spend a little time to get to know the ins and outs of SEO and you will reap the benifits. The SEO I have done to my websites and the ones I manage has cost me nowt, now put that against PPC or pay per click and you paying everytime someone visits your site, good if your making serious dosh from the PPC click throughs, bad if you get loads of click throughs and no sales!
